Welcome to Tutorial Tuesday, JustRite Papercraft designer, Darsie Bruno, shows us how to create a xool pop up box using Spellbinders Scalloped Pop Up Box Dies (Now available in the JustRite Store) with our Stitched Flowers Vintage Tag Clear Stamp Set. These boxes, once made, fold up flat and are easy to mail to your favorite someone. It’s fun to make these boxes with all kinds of themes like graduation, baby, wedding, holiday and more using ours stamps sets and background stamps.
To see how easy it is to create a pop up box watch this 6 minute video.
This is the new April Spellinders Release die -Scalloped Pop Up Box Dies that Darsie used to create her pop up box.
To assemble the pop up box, cut four from the Box Wall Die and two from the Bar Die. Adhere all four Box Wall die cuts, make sure the tabs are adhered on the inside for a finished look. Then place adhesive on the scored tabs of the Bar die cut and adhere to the inside of Box Wall towards the back half and the second Bar die cut to the front half. Decorate the box edges with either Edge 1 or Edge 2 die cuts. Add elements to the Bar area and square flaps for desired look. Assembled box measures approximately 7½w x 5h x 5d”.
Here's a peek into the box so you can see how Darsie arranged the flowers.
and another view into the pop up box.
Here you can see the flattened version of the box for mailing.... Wouldn't you love to receive a Pop Up Box in the mail?
Once you get started making these boxes you won't be able to stop. Here Darsie shares a sweet Graduation Box using Samantha Walker's Owl Be There Clear Stamps paired with our "Congrats You Did It" phrase from our Stacking Sentiments Clear Stamps.

Welcome to Day Three with Guest Designer Michelle Woerner. Special Thank You to Michelle for joining us this week as a guest designer. Remember that you can find more inspiration from Michelle or her blog Stop and Stamp the Roses. Today Michelle is sharing two fun cards.
Here's Michele...
My first card is a fun Hello card I made using the Floral Thank You stamp set and Washi Tape. Interesting cut lines are popping up all over Pinterest and I thought I’d give it a try.
Instructions:
1. Stamp flower image on white cardstock, using coral, green and yellow ink.
2. Cut opening along the left side of the flower, leaving an opening of ½”.
3. Adhere washi tape along left side of card base, make sure if the placement so it shows through the cut opening.
4. Adhere panel to card front using foam tape.
6. Stamp sentiment and add bow.
7. Add sequin and stickles accents to the flower center.
Here are some pictures showing how I cut the opening strip using my Perfect Layers tool, but any straight edge and craft knife will work.
Here is what it looked like from the back.
My next card is a fun card using the one of the cutie owls from the Owl Be There set! These little owls are so adorable I just couldn’t resist.
Instructions:
Stamp owl image on card base and color.
Die cut circle ring from brown cardstock and adhere around owl as a frame
Cut patterned paper into banner shapes, layer and adhere together.
Using Circle die, cut circle opening in banner as shown. Adhere to card front using foam tape.
Wrap baker’s twine around card front 2 times, tie into a bow.
Stamp sentiment and die cut into conversation bubble shape, adhere using foam squares.
Add rhinestone accents.
I want to thank Kellie for inviting me to be a part of the JustRite family this week and all of you for the lovely comments!
