Day Two with Guest Designer Robin Parker - Boo-tiful Cameos Clear Stamps and Spider Web Background Cling Stamp

Thanks again to Kellie for asking me to Guest Design for JustRite® Papercraft.   I wanted to try something different and I have never stamped on fabric before.  I have many babies around my household so I decided to make a Halloween onesie.  This is a fun and easy gift to create.

The box was created using an old coffee filter container.  Spray paint the lid black.  Stamp the “Spider Web Background” onto white card stock.  Cut and stamp four times to wrap around the box.  Next, using the Boo-tiful Cameos Clear Stamps Halloween word, ink the stamp with three different colors to make a band to go around the box.  Stamp the Halloween word  twice,  next to each other and make two.  Cut and glue the two strips onto black card stock and adhere together to make the strip go around the entire box.  For the bow, I used Becca Feeken “Mini Paper Bow Tutorial”.  I used the two larger ovals and added an extra oval to the top. Cut another strip and stamp with the Spiderweb Background Stamp in black to create the ribbon under the bow.  Finally I added a black spider and cob web brad to the bow.

To make the Halloween onesie use black, orange, purple and lime green Staz-On ink.  Stamp the words and spider from Boo-tiful Cameos Clear Stamps all over the front and back of the onesie.  This is an adorable gift for a baby’s first Halloween.

Day One with Guest Designer Robin Parker - Boo-tiful Cameos Clear Stamps

Good morning.  For the next 2 days we are happy to have Robin Parker back with us as a special guest designer.  With Halloween just a few days away, Robin will be showing us some really cool Halloween projects that she has created.

Here's Robin: 

Good morning, I am thrilled to be the Guest Designer for JustRite® Papercrafts for the next two days.  This is such a fabulous stamp company with so many choices of stamps to choose from.  Go take a look and shop until you drop! 

My first project is a Halloween clock that was fun and easy to create.  I purchased a wood clock kit from my local craft store.  Paint the first layer on the clock with black acrylic paint and let dry.  Once the black layer is dry, paint a layer of orange.  Sand the painted surface lightly for an antique appearance.   With Staz-On black ink stamp the frames from Boo-tiful Cameos Clear Stamps onto the clock surface in positions 1, 3, 6 and 9. For the secondary numbers use one of the words from the stamp set.  If the images don’t stamp clear use a small paint brush and black paint to touch it up.   Let completely dry and add clock hands and you are done!

Day Three with Guest Designer Alice Carman - Let Your Soul Sing Clear Stamps

 Good morning.  Welcome to the final day with Guest Designer Alice Carman.  We have really enjoyed having Alice with us this week.  For continued inspiration visit Alice's blog - Cards by Alice.

I love this stamp set called, “ Let Your Soul Sing” clear stamps.  It’s so whimsical and you can use these stamps on any theme.  What a versatile stamp and the possibilities are endless. I wanted to make a clean and simple card so this is what I ended up with. I stamped the butterflies a few time and popped them up on each other.  I also used glitter to highlight the dew drops on the branch and the butterflies.  The window was created using Spellbinders Labels Eight die so the stamp could be the focal point of the card.  I highlighted the stamp with some matching cardstock and ta da I’m done.

Day Two with Guest Designer Alice Carmen - Boo-tiful Cameos

Good morning.  Welcome to Day 2 with Alice Carmen.  Today Alice has some cute Halloween cards to share.  For more inspiration from Alice visit her blog - Cards by Alice.

My favorite holiday is Halloween so when I was asked to Guest Design using JustRite Stamps I was thrilled!  I created this card using the “Boo-tiful  Cameos” clear stamps.  I love the skulls in this set so I thought I'd stamp out a few skulls and sprinkle them on a card.  The web die is from Spellbinders that matched with the “Boo-tiful Cameos” clear stamp line. I cut off the die cut so I could use it in different directions .  I also used “Celebration Labels One & Bracket Borders One” clear stamp set as an edge to give my card some dimension.

For my second card,  I used “Boo-tiful Cameos” clear stamps as my background paper and popped up some of the cameos and fussy cut them to bring dimension to the card.  The flower is from Spellbinder’s “Itty Bitty flower” dies.  I inked them and sprayed some gold glimmer to highlight the stamps.  I love repeating a single stamp on a card because it looks like pattern paper.  Don’t you agree?

Day One with Guest Designer Alice Carmen - All Boys and Pattern Basics Clear Stamps

I created this round card when I saw the sentiment from All Boys Clear stamp set.  I love the blues and greens so I knew choosing these colors along with the black would make the stamps pop off the card.  I also used Pattern Basics Clear Stamps to create the background on my card.

You can stamp and create a background just using the same stamp over and over again.  The stamps are clear so you can stamp patterns from the Pattern Basics Clear Stamps set and repeat the image without losing your place to get that perfect look.

For this card I used the Pattern Basics Clear Stamps and All Boy clear stamps.  I thought these two sets work well together to create a fun yet masculine look.  I repeated some techniques here like I did on my previous card and then added a few fun stars.  The tickets are from the Pattern Basics Clear Stamps set and the No. 1 is from the All Boys Clear Stamps set.

Day Three with Guest Designer Terre Fry - Festive Poinsettia

Hello Everyone! I was so excited and honored to be a guest designer for JustRite Papercraft Inc.  I have been a huge fan of their stamps for several years and I could not wait to play with the Festive Poinsettia Clear Stamp set.

I created a 5 x 6 ½ card layering white and pink cardstock. I stamped the Floral Flourishes Background Stamp and heat embossed it in black. Using Spellbinders 2013 Heirloom Ornament die template, I die cut the background and created a fancy ornament.

To create an adornment for the fancy ornament, I die cut the Layered Poinsettia out of white cardstock then stamped them with the coordinating Festive Poinsettia Clear stamp. Color the poinsettia and leaves with Copic markers, Lime Green, Shadow Pink and Pink, add a touch of glitter and there you have it a beautiful holiday card.

Day Two with Guest Designer Terre Fry - Botanical Postcard Background Cling Stamp

Good morning everyone.  Welcome to day 2 with Terre Fry.  Today Terre has a beautiful vintage floral card to share with us.  Be sure to check out Terre's blog - Terre's Scrap Therapy  - for more great inspiration.

Here's Terre -  

Hello, Terre here with Day Two as the guest designer for JustRite PaperCrafts. Today I am going to share a card using the Botanical Postcard Background Stamp.

I created a 5 x 6 ½ card base, then added a vintage script pattern paper, distressed then edges then inked them to give the edges an aged look. I stamped the Botanical Postcard Background Cling stamp twice, colored the postcard brown using the airbrush system and Copic markers. Color the ribbon, leaves and flowers on both stamped images, then I fussy cut around one of the images and popped it up directly over the other stamped image.

Fussy cut around the outer area of the stamped images, use foam squares to pop the image up and secure to the card front. Embellish the card with buttons, pearls and a hint of glitter.
