Here's Julie:
To create this card, I stamped the Shabby Music Background on cream cardstock, cut out an oval and adhere it to the card. Then, to create a frame, I cut/embossed a Floral Oval out of black cardstock and used foam squares to adhere it over the music notes. Next, I stamped the roses from the With Sympathy stamp set and colored them in. I cut around the edges and used foam squares to adhere them into the oval. After stamping the sentiement I used Ribbon Banners to cut it out and add it to the bottom of the oval.
