For card: Cut 5.75" x 11.5" Bazzill Black cardstock and fold for card. Cut a piece of 5.25" x 5.25" White glitter cardstock, and a 5" x 5" piece of patterned paper from the U&Me paper stack. Glue patterned paper to glitter cardstock, then glue lace and satin ribbon to your panel. Adhere to your black card.
Constructing the heart:
Stamp a lace borders with Versamark ink and emboss with black embossing powder. Make two of these. Color the three petals in each section of the lacy border with Copic Markers R29, R27 and R24, being careful to stay inside the embossed lines. Cut each lacy embossed petal apart so that you have 14 pieces. (See card for guidance) Add a pop-dot to the back of each lacy piece.
With the largest Scalloped Heart die, cut one piece out of black glitter paper. Fit #3 Classic Heart (the 3rd die of the set) inside the glitter paper heart and cut out the center. Add pop-dots to the back of the heart piece.
Starting at the center point on the glittered heart, attach one lacy piece (see card). To make sure you have even placement, next attach a lacy piece at the bottom of the heart. Finish adding the lacy pieces until your heart is made. Add pearls where the lacy pieces touch.
Attach heart to your card. Add silk bow. Stamp the sentiment on cardstock, and color with red stardust pen. Cut two ribbons from the Nested Pennants set using mirror cardstock. Attach to fit the sentiment. Roll this piece around a pencil on either side to resemble a flowing banner.
