A special thanks to Beate Johns for being our guest designer this week!! Today Beate has a special treat -- a wonderful box -- that would be just perfect for your Valentine!
Eat Chocolate and Create Art-- could life be any better than that?
Now here is Beate: My last share as a guest designer is a Label 23 box. I created a tutorial for the box last December on my blog.
The box base pieces were created out of Neenah Canyon Brown cardstock. The sides of the box were lined with MME Lost & Found 2 Breeze Patterned paper. The top and bottom bases were cut and embossed with a Label 23 Nestabilities die.
Sentiments from Just Keep Calm were stamped on a circle cut and embossed with a Standard Circle Nestabilities die out of Breeze patterned paper in Walnut Stain Distress Ink. It was adhered to a piece of white cardstock, cut and embossed with a Beaded Circle Nestabilities die. The beads on the circle were lined with Turquoise Baby Bling.
A frame from Just Keep Calm was stamped in Walnut Stain ink on a piece of Breeze patterned paper. It was cut and embossed with the largest of the JustRite Stampers custom Nested Medallion Label dies. It was adhered to a piece of Canyon Brown cardstock, cut and embossed with a Blossom Tags and Accent die. The circle layers were adhered in the center.
Here is a look at the Just Keep Calm Set -- the project possibilities for this set are truly endless!!
More Breeze paper was cut and embossed with a Label 23 Nestabilities die, stitched on a slightly larger (hand cut) piece of white cardstock. White May Arts Organdy Ribbon was tied around the horizontal strip and topped with a button, tied on with Silver Curling ribbon. Part of a Finesse Rhinestone swirl adhered on the top right before the sentiment layers were added in the center of the layers.
Again thanks Beate for joining us this week on the JustRite Blog!!
