With our October Release we are introducing QR codes to our packaging and our catalogs.
These codes are popping up everywhere and you may have wondered what they were. What is a QR (Quick Response Code)? QR codes are pixelated squares that you can scan with a smart phone app. Scannning the QR code with your phone will bring you directly to a website or landing page. Our QR Codes will link a stamp set to its design gallery. This will allow you to scan a stamp set to see our designers projects for the set before you purchase the set in your favorite store as well as scan the galleries as you are shopping from our mini flyers and catalogs. Plus you can use your smartphone to access the design gallery for your stamp set from your craft room when you are ready to use your set.
Here is a smaller version of our Shabby Chic Labels Four QR code for you to play with if you have a smart phone!! Very cool huh?
You may already have a QR code scanner already on your phone - if you don't you can upload any of these apps - for your iPhone - Red Laser (free), NeoReader (free), Optiscan ($1.99) For your Android Phone - QR Droid.
Blog Candy Alert - Today's Blog Candy on the JustRite Blog is a $ 50.00 shopping Spree.
Today's blog candy question is - before you read this post did you know what a QR Code was? Have you ever scanned a QR code? If so what QR Code Scanner app are you using?
These are now all direct links to each designers blog so that you may visit and see their projects at your leisure!
