The frame was stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa ink and then die cut with Spellbinders Labels Eighteen die that we now have in stock at the JustRite webstore. After stamping the Happy Birthday sentiment with green ink, I used the larger plain rectangle die from our Spellbinders co-branded JustRite Custom dies in our Happy Everything Mini Tag Kit to die cut it and popped it up on foam tape:
