Today guest designer Selma Stevenson has three beautiful holiday cards to share with us:
Wishing You
"This is a 5.5 in square card. The Tall Pines were embossed on the left side then the cute snow people (from Sparky and Friends) stamped below. The snow people were colored with Copic markers. The pines were paper pieced. The greeting was stamped and cut out with a Spellbinders Big Scallop Oval Nestabilities-Sm die and sponged prior to taking it out of the die. It was attached above the snow people with dimensional tape. The top of the card was embossed with the Dotted Swiss embossing folder to create the look of snow. Glitter and a bow were added to complete the card."

Let There be Peace
"The image was gold embossed on black card stock and cut out with a Spellbinders Circle Nestabilities die. Two different sizes of the Nestabilities “Blossom” dies were cut out. I wanted them to be gold so I tapped the VersaMark pad over them and gold embossed each one. Several pieces of “scrap” design papers were layered onto burgundy paper and stitched together. To give the card a vintage look, these pieces as well as the gold embossed pieces, were distressed using the Zutter distresser. These pieces were arranged over a green card stock that was embossed with the Cuttlebug Dotted Swiss embossing folder. A burgundy bow and a vintage button were added to complete the card."

Simple Blessings
"The church was stamped and colored with Copic markers. It was cut out with the largest Spellbinders Beaded Oval Nestabilities die and each bead sponged prior to taking it out of the die. Using two sided design paper, I used a Lace Cutting and Folding stencil to cut the slits on the left side of the card. The top of each diamond cut was folded down and tucked into the top of the next one down. This sheet was layered onto red card stock. Three snowflakes were white embossed and cut out to layer along this edge. A bow and glitter were added to complete the card."
