This week, JustRite is sponsoring the CPS (Card Positioning Systems) #166 sketch challenge. This means if you play along with the CPS sketch, entering your card at their blog, you'll be entered for the chance to win a JustRite prize package! We can't reveal what the prize is just yet, but I'll give you a little hint that it's some of our April release stamps!
Here's the sketch:
It's perfect for our 2" square stampers, isn't it?!! Here's my sample, which uses the birthday sentiment center and postage border from Let's Celebrate:
I stamped the border with Spun Sugar Distress Ink and the center with Shabby Shutters, to match the colors in The Girls' Paperie paper. The images were matted using Spellbinders Big Scalloped Square Nestabilities and the reverse side of the patterned paper, and popped up on foam tape:
I reversed the elements of the sketch a little and used wrinkled seam binding ribbon for an accent to the focal image. I topped the card with a paper strip punched with Fiskars' Upper Crest border punch -- notice the shape matches the edge around the sentiment center!
JustRite design team member, Angela Barkhouse also has a sample of this sketch for you, using our 2" square Applique set. You can find all the details of her bright & cheery Mother's Day card at her blog:
We hope you'll play along with this great sketch this week over at the CPS blog, for your chance to win some JustRite stamps! Check back this Wednesday, when CPS and we will reveal the prize package!
