Today's challenge is to create some kind of tag(s), using any of JustRite's stamps. These tags can be gift tags; tags to label your craft room, office supplies or pantry/laundry goods; treat bag tags; Easter basket tags; or get an early start on your Christmas gift tags! I chose to do more of a Tim Holtz-style tag today:
I used a 6.25" manila shipping tag and inked it with Ranger Distress Inks:
Then I stamped just the hydrangea from JustRite's Plant A Little Love set randomly onto the tag, using Jet Black Archival ink. Next, I inked another tag in the same manner as above and then stamped the full hydrangea center and coordinating border:
I hand-trimmed this image and then layered it onto a black Spellbinders Eyelet Pendant die cut. The hydrangea petals were highlighted with Stickles (you can click on the photo for a larger view):
Martha Stewart's Hydrangea punch was used to punch out petals from the remnants of the second tag and layered together to accent the lower left corner of my tag.
Some of the JustRite design team members also have some samples to helps spark your creativity . . .
Michelle Wooderson created some sweet tags that she adds to her cards:

Angela Barkhouse created this sweet Easter treat tag! You can find all the details over at Angela's blog this morning.
CHALLENGE RULES:
You will need to use JustRite products for your project and upload it to an online blog, gallery or photo hosting website. (Please see our blog post HERE for important information about our gallery on Flickr, how to upload to it, and another opportunity to win some JustRite products!).
You will then need to link to your project back here on our blog post, using the Mr. Linky box in this challenge post (any spam or commercial links will be deleted). Please make certain your link is directly to your project, not just your general blog home page or overall photo gallery, so we can find it easily. If you choose to upload your project to www.Splitcoaststampers.com OR our Flickr gallery, please use the weekly challenge code (example: JRC_008 <== that's an underscore between the letters and numbers) in the keyword section of the Splitcoast project upload page or the Tag section of the Flickr gallery.
You will have until next Thursday, March 11th at 9am CST to make your project and enter a link to it in Mr. Linky below. Then the winner will be chosen and announced a little later that day here on the JustRite Inspiration Blog. By entering our challenges, you grant JustRite Stampers permission to use your artwork here on our blog as well as any possible advertising. This week's prize package is . . . a $50 JustRite gift certificate to spend any way you'd like!
As always, our design team may play along in the challenges ... they are not eligible for prizes but we hope you'll check out the links to their (and everyone else's!) projects as they appear in Mr. Linky below!
We can't wait to see your tag ideas ... good luck!
