JustRite Release #2 Blog Hop

I know that you have all been anxiously waiting for the items in our "Coming Soon" section of our website to arrive and the great news is the wait is almost over. Your orders will begin shipping May 15th. Today we decided to give you a double dose of inspiration with 17 great projects in our design team blog hop & the Stampers Dream Sneek Peak. There will be two post today!! The first post is for our JustRite Release #2 blog hop - check out all the great projects our design team has created with our new release. First we would like to welcome the newest member of our design team Michele Kovack. You may remember her as a guest designer for JustRite and a Stampin' Champion Contestant. We are so excited to welcome her to our blog team!!! Wait till you see what she has designed for us today!!

For today's card I used the "What's New" Sentiment and a designer border from the 1 3/16"Tiny words set. I stamped the image on cream paper from LA CREME STACK from DCWV. This stack is so gorgeous and all the papers in this card are from this stack. To make the " What's New" really pop off the card I airbrushed the stamped image with a RV11 Copic Sketch Marker. Then I decided to airbrush a few other parts of the card to balance the pink in the design. Here is what my flocked chipboard sticker embellishment (from the same collection) look like before I airbrushed it for the card.

I also airbrushed pink into a section of the designer paper. To create the message I used 15 point font in my 2" stamper and used both of the borders on the top half of the stamp to convey my message with the date. Check out how fun the new Octagons & Scalloped Octagons nestabilites from Spellbinders are for diecutting our images. The glitter paper is from the coordinating stack.
