This week's Friday Challenge will be our last one for this year. We know you all will be busy with your families & friends celebrating the holidays and may not have as much time as you'd like to participate in challenges until after the new year, so we'll resume our challenges again on the first Friday of the new year, January 7.
However, we will still keep our Flickr gallery weekly winners (3 per week, announced on Mondays) going strong through the holidays, so you can still share all of your JustRite stamping projects with us, with the added bonus of possibly winning a JustRite stamp set of your choice! You can read more about to be a Flickr gallery winner HERE.
In the meantime, we hope you'll enjoy this week's Friday Challenge #045 to Celebrate Good Times, sponsored by Flower Soft! Your challenge is to make a wedding, holiday or other celebration project such as:
- Wedding card, gift or scrapbook page
- Other holiday celebrations such as Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Year's
- Birthday celebration
Here is a BUNCH of fabulous inspiration from the JustRite design team as well as the Flower Soft design team, all using JustRite Stamps and Flower Soft products! You can always see more fabulous work from the Flower Soft designers, by visiting their company blog. Please click through to each designer's blog listed below (their highlighted/hyperlinked name) to find full details on how they created their stunning projects!
Flower Soft Designers:
Linda Beeson combined our pretty Mr. & Mrs. sentiment from our Wedding Nested Sentiments with Baroque Nested Frames and surrounded it with borders from our Whimsical Christmas set, to resemble wedding rings! The rings are accented with Silver Diamond Range Flower Soft:
Debbie Seyer also created two projects. For this darling Santa notecard & gift box combo, she used the Santa stamp image in From Our House and Polar White Diamond Range Flower Soft for Santa's white fir trim:
Stephanie Kraft designed her own background paper using My Garden flowers, accented with Gold and Silver Diamond Range Flower Soft, for this engagement photo scrapbook page of her niece. The "Always & Forever" sentiment from our Wedding Nested Sentiments is the perfect accent:
As we said, this week's challenge sponsor are the fabulous folks at Flower Soft! You can find out more about Flower Soft's product and video tutorials on how to use it at Flower Soft TV and see their full line of products at their website, including their newly introduced Ultra Fine and Diamond Range Gold & Silver!
You will need to use JustRite products for your project and upload it to an online blog, gallery or photo hosting website. You may make and enter as many different projects as you'd like for our challenges. (Please see our blog post HERE for important information about our gallery on Flickr, how to upload to it, and another opportunity to win some JustRite products!).
You will then need to link to your project back here on our blog post, using the linking system on this challenge post. Please make certain your link is directly to your project, not just your general blog home page or overall photo gallery, so we can find it easily. (Links that are spam, commercial in content, or are not linked properly/directly to your project will be deleted). If you choose to upload your project to www.Splitcoaststampers.com OR our Flickr gallery, please use the weekly challenge code (example: JRC_045 <== that's an underscore between the letters and numbers) in the keyword section of the Splitcoast project upload page or the tag section of the Flickr gallery.
You will have until next Friday, November 26 at 9am Central to make your project and enter a link to it below. Then the winners will be chosen and announced a little later that day here on the JustRite Inspiration Blog. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your prizes. By entering our challenges, you grant JustRite Stampers permission to use your artwork here on our blog as well as our company website gallery (with designer credit given and your blog post or gallery linked) or any possible advertising.
We can't wait to see your celebration challenge samples! Take note that we've extended this week's deadline for submissions to next FRIDAY morning, November 26 at 9am CDT since we'll be celebrating Thanksgiving next Thursday in the US!
